I'm calling this one finished 
There is some reasonable game play in there now.
The daily puzzle has a few tiles locked, these do not fall down and cant be swapped. This creates a little more variety on each day and gives a bit of focus.
The endurance is a bit easier and locks a random tile after each move. Which means you need to aim to clear a locked tile every move.
(I gave up on sound effects, need to write a tool to convert sound files differently, just encoding as mp3 has issues... So thats going to take a little while)

OK, now I'm really calling it finished, you can swap whilst things fall in endurance mode. Which of course makes it much easier.
